Protein Hoax is it really that important to gain weight?

If you go and read about the nutrition data. You will find that you can get all the protein you need just through milk.

There is no real need of any supplement in my opinion. The proteins that are sold in the market are made up of natural products like Milk and Soya.

Why not have them directly in purest form rather than pay a high price and risk for purity?

It is a well known fact that protein is required by the body for wear and tear and as it is the basic building block of the body it is important for well functioning.

BUT
don't let those marketing companies loot you with you spending your hard earned money for something that is not scientifically proven or documented.

I have seen several people gaining without using any commercial weight gain supplement. Natural sources of protein are good enough to meet the body's requirement.
